LIMITED, having received instructions from the Registrar of theSupreme Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee, will sell by Publie ■Auction at their Sale Yards, situated in GLOVER ROAD in HAWERA. on the 21st day of September, 1922, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon— ' ' The’ freehold of all those pieces of land situated in the’-Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement— FIRSTLY, 579 acres 5 be the same a little more or less, being the allotments numbered 2, 5 and 6 on Deposited Plan No. 2944, and.being part of the Section numbered 3 of the Block numbered 4 and parts of the Sections numbered 17 and 18 of the Block 'numbered 8 on the Puttie Maps of the Hawera Survey District, AND BEING all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded, in Register Book Volume 74, Folio 2 (Taranaki Register.) And SECONDLY, 14 acres 1 rood, be the same a little more or less, . being that part of the Section numbered 2 of the Blpek numbered 4 on the Public Maps of the Hawera Survey District aforesaid shown as Subdivision numbered 2 on Deposited Plan 1 No. 2516, the Northern boundary of the said land being the centre of the stream shown on the said Plan No. 2516, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title recorded in Register Book Volume 88, Folio 147 (Taranaki Register aforesaid), subject as to the land secondly hereinbefore described to Agreement as to Fencing contained in Memorandum of Transfer registered No. 18257, both the aforesaid pieces of land comprise the whole of the land in Memorandum of Mortgage No. 42943, the said property having a frontage to the Mere Mere and Tangahoe Valley (Roads, and being situated about 11 miles from Hawera.
IF the purchaser of the property shall be a Discharged Soldier who has not previously received an advance under the provisions of the Discharged Soldiers’ Settlement Act, 1915, or the amendments thereof, he shall, subject to the approval of the Taranaki District Land Board, be entitled to allow a part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage to the Crown. APPLICATION to sell and estimate of value of the property and copy of conditions of sale can be seen at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth at any time prior to the date of the sale without payment of any fee.
