The said Memorandum of Lease is for a term of Eight (8) years from the First Day of July, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen, at an annual rental of Two hundred and twenty pounds ( £220) payable half-yearly (not in advance), and contains a compulsory purchasing clause, on the First day of July, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at Four thousand two hundred and ninety-nine pounds fifteen shillings ( £4299 15s), whereof Two hundred and ninety-nine pounds fifteen shillings ( £299 15s) has been already paid.
