FIFTEEN LIVES LOST. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. , Vancouver, August 31. Fifteen lives have been lost and 11 men ''njured owing to an explosion in a colliery at Cumberland, Vancouver Island. The mine is not on fire and the damage is light.
