SCOW IN TROUBLE.
BEACHED JUST TN TIME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Sept. 1. The scow Haere.'which stranded neat’ Cape Maria on June 24 and was recent* Iv refloated, reported last night to the Cape Maria lighthouse. 300 yards oft shore, that she was leaking badly. Thd steamer Rimu left Hokianga this morning and goes to the scow’s assistance. Later. The Scow Haere was run ashore at Scots- Head in a sinking condition.
