REQUEST FOR A STATION. (By Wire—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. Mr. S. G. Smith (Taranaki) has given notice of his intention to ask the Minister o-f Public Works whether he will this session place a sum on the Estimates for the purpose of providing a police station at the port at Moturoa, New Plymouth. The member states that the urgency of providing a police station at Moturoa has been stressed for several years in the annual reports of the police force of the Dominion.
