The correspondent of the Daily Express at Paris relates an amazing story of a widespread plot to restore the Bavarian. Russian and Austro-Hungarian dynasties. King Alfonso is reported to be negotiating on behalf of a relative of the ex-Emperor Zita of Hungary. It is understood that before returning to Spain 'he will interview M. Millerand. The success of the plot would create a Continental bloc, isolating Britain. i The correspondent states powerful i French interests desire to make the i franc the standard currency of Central Europe.
