GERMAN ORDERS CANCELLED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 28. At the famous Leipzig Fair, sellers refuse payment in marks. Meanwhile, within the last few days, many heavy German orders for wool from England have been cancelled. British merchants expect the wool trade to suffer heavily. Bradford yarn spinners have been requested by exporters to delay the delivery of yarn, as Germany cannot pay. London, August 29. The Berlin exchange improved to 5500. then re-acted, closing at 7100.
