BIG AMALGAMATION PLAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 29, 5.5 p.m. London, August 28. The Municipal Employees’ Association, the National Amalgamated Union of Labor and the National Union of General Workers are balloting on an amalgamation scheme. If they approve this they will be the strongest union in Britain, with a membership of half a million.
