MATCH AT AUCKLAND WON ON A FOUL. By telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. « Auckland, Last Night. A professional light-weight contest of 15 rounds, for £2OO, between Demsky and Keenan, was won by Demsky on a foul in the twelfth round. Keenan butted his opponent in a clinch, and the referee immediately declared Deinsky the winner. Up to the time of the breach there was very little between the men. Demsky led in the early during which there was much clinching. After the third round Keenan began to even up in pointe, but nothing sensational occurred till th® ninth, when Keenan dropped Demsky with a left hook to the jaw. As Demsky rose Keenan rushed him, and Demsky claimed a foul, which was disallowed. Keenan again rushed, and Demsky was dropped again, and the gong went as he fell. Both boxed strongly till the breach occurred. Keenan claimed he had been butted by Demsky Earlier.’
