DAIRYING OUTPUT.

DOMINION’S PRODUCTION. Interesting figures regarding the production of butter were quoted by Mr. W. Goodfellow, managing director of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, in his address at the annual meeting last week. The output of butter for the past season, Mr. Goodfellow said,, had been 51,550 tons for the Dominion, and of this amount the Auckland province had contributed 27,460, and the company 18,200 tons. As to cheese, the Dominion output had been 63,767 tons, while that for the Auckland province had been 10,546 tons, of which 4691 tons had come from the company.
