Unemployment pay cost the whole British trade unions more than £8,000.000 in 1921. compared with £817.000 hn 1920. Dispute benefits cost £2.229,000, compared with £1,875,000: political objects £87.783, compared with £108,000: working expenses £2,540,000, compared with £2,218,000.
