RECIPROCAL TARIFF. 1y Telegraph.—mss Association Wellington, Aug. 22. The Tariff Treaty with Australia will come into force on September 1. The decision has been arranged since the Commonwealth Parliament ratified the treaty. A Dreclamatioa will be issued shortly.
