END OF TOURNAMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 20, 5.5 p.m. London, August 19. The International tournament ended with Capablanca the winner. He had thirteen wins out of a possible 15. Alekhire won 11%, Fidmar 11, and Rubenstein 10%. Watson was fifteenth with 4% wins.
