BUTTER MARKET.
BETTER INQUIRY AT LONDON. The latest cable advices from London are to the effect that butter is meeting with better inquiry, and the price ie about 196, which is e. slight improvement on the last quotation. This is the first time for three or four weeks that the report has shown an upward tendency, and it is to be hoped that the tone will now improve. The factories will soon be in full work again, and as the winter has been favorafble the cows have come in in excellent condition, and a« there is an abundance of feed the flow of milk should be greater than last season. Those capable of forming an opinion on the matter look for an increased output in the approaching season. Buyers have not yet begun to operate because of the uncertainty of the market, but this should soon pass, now that renewed activity is displayed in London.—Dominion.
