The Otarama is expected at New Plymouth at daybreak this morning for Homeward loading of 12,000 fre.ght careases of frozen meat from Borthwick’s (Waitara) and 2300 freight carcases of beef from the New Zealand Meat Packing and Bacon Co. (Eltham). The vessel is expected to sail to-morrow evening. NGAKUTA IN PORT. The Ngakuta, with 770 tons of general cargo from Lyttelton and Wellington, arrived at New Plymouth at noon yesterday. She will discharge her cargo to-day and sail for Westport this evening. THE EASTERN SEA. The Eastern Sea, with 18,000 cases of benzine and a small quantity of general cargo from New York, is expected at New Plymouth on August 24, and will be in port about three days. The Eastern Sea is a vessel of 5838 tons, and her length is 400 ft. over all. KARORI ON WEDNESDAY. The Karori, with cement from Whangarei, is due at Wellington to-morrow, and is expected at this port on Wednesday. THE KAHIKA. The Kahika, with general cargo from Bluff and intermediate southern porta, is expected here on Thursday. WAITEMATA LEAVING 'FRISCO. The Waitemata, from Pacific Coast ports, is expected to clear San Francisco early this week for Napier, New Plymouth, Dunedin, Bluff, Melbourne and Sydney. W’AIHEMO'S MOVEMENTS. The Waihemo leaves Lyttelton about Tuesday, August 22, for Vancouver. She loads at Pacific Coast ports at the end of September and early October for Napier, New Plymouth, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Melbourne and (Sydney.
