The Chamber of Deputies carried a motion of confidence in the Government after a violent debate, in which Repossi, a Communist, stirred up pandenAonium and several Fascist! threatened to use revolvers, Giunta shouting to Repossi: “If you say another word, I’ll shoot you!” Another Fascist took a seat behind Re-' possi, brandishing a revolver. The President had several. times to adjourn th® sitting owing to the excitement. Though the majority endorsed Signor Facta’s declaration, it failed to satisfy the extremists on either side. The Socialists before th® debate decided to vote against thq. Ministry, provided it wopld not be Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
