There are eleven casualties in the wreck ©f the cruiser Raleigh, which is among reefs 200 yards from the shore, and the bow is under water. Received Aug. 11, 10.5 pm. Ottawa, August 10. American and British naval vessels are now standing by the Raleigh, which is flooded to the water-line.
