CABLE DELAYS.
DUE TO IRISH REBELS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Aug. 11, 5.5 p.m. London, August 10. The cable companies declared the holdup is due to the rebels’ seizure of stations, which is the worst in history. Only six out of 15 lines between Britain and America are working, and there is a prospect of indefinite delays. The rebels still hold the Clifden wireless station.
