THE WORLD FLIGHT.

BLAKE AGAIN DELAYED. DAMAGE IN RAINSTORM. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—-Copyright. Received Aug. 8, 5.5 p.m. London, August 7. Continuing his v/orld flight, Major Blake arrived at Agra and left on Saturday for Calcutta. He encountered bad weather, and the engine began to fail. Major Blake then fought his way back to Agra through a blinding rainstorm, and the fabric was stripped off the machine and the wooden propeller was chipped. The engine and the propeller were both scrapped, and the Maharaja of Bharatpore lent a new engine and propeller, which are being fitted. It is hoped to depart on Wednesday.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
