EMPIRE AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 3. Mr. Arthur Walker, president of the Soutli African Billiards Association, is endeavoring to arrange an Empire championship for amateurs, commencing next year. It is proposed that the first imatch should be played in London. and succeeding games in the winners' countries, New Zealand and the other Dominions being consulted.
