DOGGED BY BAD LUCK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, August 4. Major Blake telegraphs from Ambala, stating that after arriving there he had been dogged by bad luck. When he tried to leave for Allahabad the engine ran so badly that he had to renew the petrol connections, drain and flush all the tanks and pipes. When he finally started he had to return when half way to Delhi. He is now washing all the tanks and connections again. The Fairey seaplane is awaiting them at Calcutta.
