WOMEN ADVISERS. By Telegraph.—-Press Assn. —Copyright. London, August 3. Mr. Lloyd George, in the House of Commons, informed Lady Astor that he had decided to send women in an advisory capacity to the League of Nations, to which the British delegates would be Lord Balfour, Mr. A. L. Fisher (President of th Board of Education), and Colonel John Ward.
