ISSUE OF PAPER MONEY. FLOATING CURRENCY INCREASED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, August 3. A sensation was caused among financiers when it was learned that the Reichsbank had issued 1500 million marks of new paper money, thereby increasing the floating currency to 200,000 millions. Foreign capitalists are steadily buying German industrial stock, which is at its lowest level since the armistice.
