A boy named John Rich Walling, while playing near his father’s lorry at Rona Bay this morning, was killed by a case which fell -from the vehicle. PRISONER COMMITS SUICIDE. / Wellington. August 3A prisoner named Thomas John O’Brien, serving two years for breaking and entering at Wanganui. mitted suicide by hanging at the Terrace gaol this morning. At breakfast time he appeared normal, but an hour later was found dead.
