FREEZING WORKERS.
PREFERENCE OBJECTED TO. Bx Telegraph.—Press Association. Cliietchureh, Last Night. The freezing companies of Canterbury have lodged an application to delete the preference clause from the award. The secretary of the Canterbury Freezing Workers’ Union denies that the- Freezer*’ Federation has decided that the fight is to continue and i* to be resumed when the North Island works reopen in November.
