The best scores in the medal match played by the ladies of the New Plymouth Club last week for Mrs. Perry’s prize were: Miss Putt 119—36—83; Miss Winfield 120—36—84; Miss Stanford 102—18—84; Miss Siimpson 109—24—-85. A medal match for a silver button was played yesterday, the best scores being:— Miss Shaw 110—36—74 ; Miss Simpson 105 — 24—81; Miss Johns 119—36—83; Mrs. Wade 111—28—83. Players are reminded that entries for the senior and junior championships close on Saturday.
