MAJOR BLAKE’S PROGRESS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.— Copyright. London, July 23. Major Blake reached Sibi, Baluchistan, on Sunday. He was unable to reach Quetta owing to the mist, and on the return the undercarriage was damaged. It is expected to reach Ambala on Monday.
