A COMPULSORY LOAN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, July 19. The Reichstag carried the third reading of the Compulsory Loan Bill. The limit of private wealth liable for subscription to the loan was fixed at three million marks. The loan operates simultaneously with the new laws relating to legacies and income tax. —Aus.-N.Z.
