BRITISH-AMERICAN AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, July 18. At the Council of the League of Nations Lord Balfour reported that the British and United States Governments had reached a complete agreement regarding the mandate of Britain for Palestine, but this did not apply to Mesopotamia. The Governments were also in complete agreement regarding the mandate over East Africa—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
