FATE OF EX-KHEDIVE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Cairo, July 18. The Government has decreed the expulsion of the ex-Khedive Abbas Hilmy. Received July 19, 10.20 p.m. Geneva. July 18. Abbas Hilmy has arrived here. He declared he had to leave Constantinople secretly owing to th- British authorities’ refusal of a passport. He declared King Fuad a usurper, and added: "I never abdicated and I am ready to serve the Egyptian people. T hope soon to return as head of an independent Egypt.” —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
