The Daily Telegraph’s Hague correspondent reports that the Russians aid not attend to-day’s meeting of the private property committee but M. Litvinoff wrote expressing the Russians’ willingness to attend a meeting of the full commission. Later the commission considered the letter, and in order that the Russians could not be able to claim that the failure of the conference was due to the bourgeois Governments it was decided to call a new plenary conference for Wednesday.—Aus.-N.Z.
