Kaikoura, left Liverpool June 2. Due at New Plymouth August 10. Waitemata, from Pacific Coast, August. Eastern Sea, from New York, end of August. KAHIKA LOADING CHEESE. The Kahika arrived yesterday morning from Onehunga and commenced loading 11,000 crates of cheese for transhipment to the Maimoa at Wellington, for which port she is to sail at noon to-day. From Wellington the vessel proceeds to> Dunedin, where she goes on the slip for cleaning and to have two extra derricks fitted. The Kahika later returns to New Ply.mouth, via way ports. WAIMEA BRINGING COAL. The Waimea will arrive at New Plymouth on Sunday with 350 tons of Brookdale coal from Westport. THE PORT CHALMERS. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Chalmers, i which has been loading at Lyttelton, was to i leave that port last evening for New Plymouth. Wanganui, Picton, Gisborne and Wellington to complete. The vessel is due here to-morrow morning, and is scheduled to sail finally from Wellington on August 7 for London, via Monte Video. PIAKO’S MOVEMENTS. The liner Piako left Townsville (Queensland) at midnight on Friday for the Wanganui roadstead, where she is due to-morrow. She later co>mes to New Plymouth, and thence to Wellington to load for West Coast of England ports. CORINNA'S CARGO. The Corinna has about 900 tons of general cargo from southern ports for discharge at New Plymouth, where she is due to-morrow. BADEN POWELL WITHDRAWN. The coastal steamer Baden Powell has been chartered from her owners for nine months to run between Napier, Gisborne and Whakatane. The vessel arrived at Wellington on Tuesday from New Plymouth to be taken over by her charterers. She was to sail yesterday for Napier, Gisborne and Whakatane. OVERSEA MOVEMENTS.
