FIRE AT NAPIER.
HEAVY DAMAGE CAUSED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Napier, July 8. A disastrous fire broke out in Murray, Roberts and Co.’s store at Port Ahuriri this morning. The top floor was completely gutted and the bottom floor flooded. The Murray, Roberts damage is estimated at £35,000. The insurance is £30,000 on stock and £ll,OOO on the buildings, both in the North British. Reinsurances are heavy.
