DEBATE TO END TO-MORROW. (By Wire —Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night. The Address-in-Reply debate is expected now to end on Wednesday. Several more of the Labor members will speak to-morrow, and there probably will be more speeches from the Government benches before the debate finishes. The Minister for Railways has indicated that he will take an early opportunity of speaking on the subject of railway policy and administration.
