THE KIRK FUND.
A DESERVING CASE. We recently opened a fund for the relief of the widow and young family of the late Frederick Kirk, of Pungarehu. The case is a most deserving one, as the widow and family were left quite destitute by the sudden death of the breadwinner. The sum of £l2 6s has already been received and acknowledged.
