SOVIET TO SELL VALUABLES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 12, 9.5 p.m, London, July 12. The Soviet authorities estimate that jewellery and valuables looted from churches will yield two hundred million gold roubles, of which five millions are being allocated for the purchase of seed for the famine areas, the remainder being utilised for State necessities. It has also been decided to sell abroad the Czar's crowns and regalias, from which it is hoped to realise £70,000,000.
