NEW CAPITAL SHIPS By Tele fr a ph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 12, 9.5 pm. London, July 12. Lord Lee (First Lord of the Admiralty), in the House of Lords, announced that the Government was proceeding with the construction of the two capital ships sanctioned under the Washington agreement. It was posisble to build them so that they would be reasonably proof against any attack. The cost would be £8,000,000 each.
