GREECE AND TURKEY.

GREEK ARMY MOBILISED. TO ATTACK CONSTANTINOPLE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, July 9. The Athens correspondent of the Daily Mail hears from a well-informed source that the Royal Council has decided to proclaim martial law in Greece and to mobilise 100.000 more men for the army and to complete arrangements to march on Constantinople. The Daily Mail understands that secret concentrations of troops are taking place in Thrace. Seventy thousand Greeks in Constantinople are ready to support the army on the signal that munitions are being unloaded in Smyrna.
