BOURNEMOUTH MURDER.
ACCUSED CONVICTED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. LONDON, July 7. Allaway was found guilty of the murder of Miss Wilkins in December last, and sentenced to death. He endeavoured to prove an alibi. (Allaway was arrested at Reading on a charge of stealing a cheque-book, and was later charged with the murder of Miss Wilkins in December last. The discovery of the dead body of Miss Wilkins on the side of a road near Bournemouth was made on December 24. The head had tyeen battered in, apparently with a heavy motor tool, and there was evidence that a severe struggle had taken place. Wilkins had advertised for employment, and received a telegram to go to Bournemouth, where she would be met by a motor-car. It was reported that she had been seen to enter a blue motor-car, but she was never seen alive again..)
