Willoughby, of Washington, has been offered the post of adviser to Wellington Koo and the Peking Commission for the re-organisation of China’s finances. AN UNEXPECTED CREDITOR. Seminof, who secured permission after much pleading to land at Nagasaki to visit the hot springs, has landed into a lawsuit With a Japanese firin which furnished five thousand pairs of shoes to Seminof’s forces. The firm had an agent on the wharf to present a bill and press for payment.
