Port Albany, for Homeward loading, August 27. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell arrived yesterday with general cargo from Lyttelton and Wellington, and is expected to sail late to-day for Lyttelton. CORINNA IN PORT. The Corinna arrived from southern ports via Nelson yesterday, with about 800 tons of general cargo. She loads 960 boxes of butter for transhipment to the Tekoa at Wellington, to which port the vesesl is expected to sail late to-day. PORT ALBANY ANNOUNCED. The Port Albany is replacing the Port Elliott, which is due here next month. The Port Albany sails from Hobart on August 22 direct for New Plymouth. She will reach here about August 27.
