A MORE -SYSTEM. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Telephone charges were mentioned in the House to-day. The Postmaster-* General stated, in reply to a question regarding the report of the telegraph engineer on the question of telephono services and changes, that the matter was under departmental consideration, but he could not yet give any indication what the new charges would be, beyond the fact that they would be more equitably divided among usere of the service.
