DEATH FROM MO’TOR COLLISION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. Cycling home last night, Alfred Triggs, aged 60 years, collided with a motor-car driven by J. B. Merrett. He died of his injuries this afternoon. a Mr. Triggs had been employed by Ballantyne and Co., drapers, for over 40 years, and was a brother of the late Mr. J. R. Triggs, former Conciliation Commissioner, and for some time head of the Imperial Supplies Department.
