FRENCH ATLANTIC SQUADRON
A WORLD CRUISE, WITH SPECIAL MISSION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, July 3. Advices from Maseillea state that Admiral Gilly, when he assumes command of the Atlantic flying squadron, consisting of the cruisers Victor Hugo and Jules Ferry, on the 15th, will proceed on a nine months’ cruise of the world, visit-* ing Australia and New Zealand. Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Commerce, Colonies and Public Works, and the principal French Chambers of Commerce will be represented on both vessels, as the mission will also be of a military, economic, commercial, colonial and industrial character.
