A PRIEST ON TRIAL,
EVIDENCE OF INSANITY. By Telegraph.—Press Aasn. —Copyright. Received June 30, 12.10 a.m. Ottawa, June 28. Montreal reports that six alienists for the Crown and one alienist for the defence agreed that Father Delorme, who is charged with murdering his brother, is insane, and should not stand trial for murder. They declared he was suffering from hyperthropy, or over-development of the ego. Tests were made of Delorme’s blood and spina! fluid, and he was found to be suffering from a primal defect which deprived him of judgment regarding his own acts.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
