ANXIETY OVER FISHING PARTY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, June 27. A party consisting of two men and a boy left* Lyttelton on Saturday in a fishing boat for a trip outside the heads. He was remanded for one week and bail was alj lowed. SALVATION ARMY TRANSFER. Wellington, June 27. Commissioner and Mrs. Hodder, who have been in charge of Salvation Army work in New Zealand for nearly eight years, have received information that they are to be transferred to some other sphere of operation. They will be farewelled at the end of August, but their new destination is not yet known. The name of the Commissioner’s successor in New Zealand has not yet been announced.
