BOLSHEVIK PROPAGANDA.
DISAPPEARANCE OF FUNDS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, June 19. The executive of the Russian Communist Party, which is revising account for the propaganda fund of the Third Bolshevik International, found that no accounts were kept of thirty million of gold roubles. Zinoviev, who had charge of the funds, explained that three millions were used in preparations for the Genoa Conference, seven millions to support the Indian Nationalists in England, the remainder for revolutionaries in the border States, Germany and Italy. Zinoviev’s story was received with distrust by members of the executive, who suspect that the money was spent for other purposes.
