AUSTRIA’S POVERTY.
A NEW STATE BANK By Telegraph.—Frees Assn.—Copyright. Vienna, June 14. The conference between the Government and seven Austrian banks, including Rothschilds, has decided to establish a State bank and issue notes, redeeming the existing kroner notes. The announcement is beneficially influencing general affairs. It is reported the Netherlands bank, the Anglo-Aus-trian bank, and the Austrian Credit Foncier have placed foreign securities worth 50 milliards of kroner at the disposal of the Government, which appealed to the Entente Ambassadors for aid.
LOAN BY FRANCE. Paris, June 14. A bill granting Austria an advance of 55 million francs was passed by the Senate.
