SUN YAT SEN ADVANCES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. New York, June 14. Despatches from China state that wealthy Chinese, with their families and valuables, are fleeing from the Kiangsi province as Sun Yat Sen’s army advances north ward. Looting is feared. English, American, and Japanese gunboats are stationed at Kiukiang to protect foreign interests. Sun Yat Sen has issued a communique doubting the sincerity of the new lacking officials. z AN ACTING PREMIER. Peking, June 14. The former Foreign Minister Yen has been re-appointed to a post in the new central Chinese Government. He also has been made acting-Premier. Received June 18, 5-5 p.m. Peking, June 17. Official advice® state that Sun Yat Sen has fled from Canton, which is occupied by Chenchiungming. As a result of The coup Sun’s principal army is in a precarious position, facing Wu's army in Nanchang Kiangsi province.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
