HINTS TO DAIRYMEN.

INCOME TAX RETURNS. After filling in his “Return of Income, ’ the average dairy farmer finds himself computing the profit he would have made had it not been for many reasons. Probably one reason may have been that several of his best cows had aborted or failed to prove in calf- These are common occurrences. To combat these evils he may have tried numerous remedies, but without avail. But did he try Dr. Ring’s famous “Abortoids” ? They have proved a blessing to hundreds of breeders, therefore don’t let another season go without giving them a trial; they will keep your herd clean and stamp out abortion, and will make your “Return of Income” a pleasure to fill in. These “Abortoids,” by reason of their gelatinous nature, dissolve slowly with the animal’s heat, and adhere to the lining of the womb. Although they are strongly I antiseptic, yet they are non-irritating and non-poisonous, thus overcoming the dangers which often follow the use of other antiseptic washes; simple to use, therefore absolutely safe in the hands of the most inexperienced; their cost low enough to be within the reach of all. Excepting in very bad cases one “Abortoid” is sufficient. They are sold in boxes of one dozen at ss. Every farmer should have these on hand. Send postal note for.. 5s to A. L- Hunter, P.O. Box 231, New Plymouth, sole distributing agents for Taranaki for all Dr. Ring’s Blue Cross Stock Remedies. —Advt.
